Overall, it is clear that Site 1 (S1) is located in a rural area to the northeast of the town, while Site 2 (S2) is situated closer to the town centre and is more surrounded by residential areas.

Site 2 is positioned within the main urban area, making it more convenient for families who live nearby. It is easily accessible by two major roads and is close to both housing and industrial zones. This central location means that students from different parts of the town, including Chartham and Sturry, would likely have an easier and shorter journey to school.

In contrast, Site 1 lies outside the populated region, surrounded by open countryside. While this could offer students a more peaceful and cleaner environment, it may be difficult for many parents, especially those without private transport, to bring their children there on a daily basis. Furthermore, S1 is only near the town of Sturry, making it less accessible for people living in other areas.
