At present, town centre is divided by main road and both sides has row of shops. To the north side of the map lies countryside and housing is southern side of the road. A park is situated on southeast corner and school located is southeast corner, which is connected by a curved road.
According to the proposed plan, main road transformed by pedestrian only and dual carriageway will be built around the city centre. The southern side of the current road shops remain same and northern side shops will be replaced by bus station, shopping centre and car park. In addition, new housing will be constructed both in the northeast corner and in the part of southern area.
