Overall, the most significant developments are the conversion of the marina into the fishing boats and a similar opposite change occurred in the southwestern side of the harbor while new places such as cafes and shops have constructed in the south and other locations are largely unchanged.
In 2000 the western side of the harbour included marina and fishing boats with showers, toilets as well as a car park near the main road. By today , these marina and fishing boats have been replaced fishing boats and marina. Moreover, the dock notably expanded to the north side of the harbour.
On the southeastern side , the harbour was dominated by a castle, lifeboat and public beach. However by today, the castle has converted into a hotel while the public beach has replaced the private beach with new construction of the cafes and shops.
