The plan displays how a café for college students and staff looked before and after the redesign.
Overall, some new spots have been added to the café structure in order to enhance visitors’ experience. In addition, there are noticable replacements in certain places, whereas other objects remain at the same points.
One of the major changes is how staff dining rooms have been replaced by a take away food room and a coffee bar. Furthermore, plain bins have turned into recycling bins to organize the rubbish in a more sustainable way. The serving area located at the top corner of the plan, which previously provided all types of food and drinks, now only sells hot meals.
A new salad bar is located on the left side so that more services can be offered. The outdoor seating has appeared at the bottom of the plan with its special barbecue for preparing steaks. Also, a kitchen with tables and chairs are still in a top room and a hall, respectively.
