The maps depict the changes that have taken places between 2008 and now. Overall, it is obvious that the park has been expanded to enhance accessibility and include education and innovation centres.
Considering initially the northern end of the park, the undeveloped land has been replaced by a research and a development centre. The offices remained considerably untouched; however, adjacent reception has given place to a University hub. South of these facilities, the cyber security centre has been expanded by occupying undeveloped land. The car park has reduced in size while the business site remained unchanged.
In the southern section of the park, the innovation centre has taken the place of the IT centre. Moreover, there is an additional a cycle path along the road, and the trees have been left untouched. The train station has been added to the southern end of the park. A path between a car park and a cyber security centre has been removed and the new path has been added among the 4 amenities (car park, cyber security centre, train station, and innovation centre) to increase accessibility.
