This map illustrate the development of the seaside region from 1995 to the present day at 2024. Overall, the seaside area has undergone a considerable development to turn it from a fishing area with little accomodations, into a more residential area.
In the northern part of the seaside region, more housing and road has been built to accomodate more housing there. Furthermore, across the housing area, the farmland and the forest park has been converted to make way for a new golf field and two tennis courts.
In the south section of the seaside area, there were some considerable changes made there namely the conversion of the shops that were located across the fish warket into restaurants. Additionally, the fish market and the fishing port also has been demolished in order to build new apartments in that region. With all of that many changes to the region, the hotel and the cafe located in the south-eastern part of the seaside area has roughly remained the same thoroughout the period with only a new car park that has been built next to the hotel.
