Overall, this area has experienced significant gentrifications to accommodate more residents partly through providing more entertaining facilities and public spaces.
In the land, the farmland, which previously located in the at the right corner of the town, has been converted into a golf space, whereas the forest park below has been removed to give way for a smaller tennis court. The hotel has remained unchanged in the lower area of the village, while an adjacent car park has been newly introduced. In addition, the shops along the roads on the left have also been repurposed into restaurants. In the northwestern area, residents are living in more houses along the road, while two more houses on the left have been constructed and nearby houses in square-shaped roads stay the same.
The remaining space consists of two main parts. The coastline has been used for housing with more apartments replacing the old fish market on the left and the cafe on the right has still remained its original position. In contrast, the fishing port now has been removed for remarkable benefits.
