In 1995, there were a few houses along the main road, while the large areas of a farmland and a forest park were located in the north of the hotel. In addition, to the southern part, shops and a fish market were situated along a main road, and there was a fishing port in the sea.
At present, this village has been developed continuously to be more residential. The number of houses increased considerably, while the farmland and forest park were converted to a golf course and a tennis court, respectively. Shops and fishing market were transformed to restaurants and apartments. Additionally, a car park was buit next to the hotel in the east, and a cafe was constructed in the south. Meanwhile, the fishing port was removed.
