The maps compare the layouts of the college at present and in the future.
Overall, the area will become considerably more developed. However, some features will remain unchanged. Of particular note, a cafe, a library, sports hall, computer room, and a few labs will be introduced to the area.
At present, there are fewer facilities. There are administrative offices on the northwest side, with the car park opposite. The main enterance on the north side and there is a corridor, which ran from the north to the south side, with teaching area on either side and the staff room at the end of the corridor. In the southwest of the area, there are large sports fields and from the northeast to the southeast, there are a few trees which provide a natural habitat for local flora and fauna.
In the future, there will be significant changes. In the northwest corner, the car park will be turned into a cafe and a library will be constructed nearby. The corridor will be extended by adding more teaching areas on either side of corridor. At the end of the corridor, the staff room will be expanded considerably. On the northeast side, the trees will be knocked down and replaced with some facilities. There will be a second entrance and a wide corridor, which run from the northeast to the southeast, with some laboratories and one computrer room on the left side.
