The given pictures illustrate the modifications that have been made to the Ryemouth village from 1995 to the present.
It is clean that some infrastructures remain the same,while new facilities have been built.However, some of them have been replaced by others.
Looking at the two maps in more detail, we can see that on the northeast corner, there were farmland and forest park. Farmland was destroyed and a new golf was built there.Similarly, forest park replaced through a tennis court. There was a hotel beside the junction,a car park also added near the hotel. There was a cafe opposite the hotel, and it remains the same.
In the bottom area,there was a sea with fishing port,but now the fishing port have been obliterated.On the southwest corner,there was a fish market,which is replaced by apartments.Moreover, the shop,beside the main path replaced by a restaurant.Last but not least, there was a noticeable change in the Ryemouth village that the housing area remain the same,but some new houses are also added there.A new road also constructed in the housing area.
