The provided map illustrates an industrial area, situated in the town of Norbiton, and its future reconstruction.
Overall, the most notable change is a bridge leading to the residential area, which will be constructed in the future. A new roundabout just below the first one will be added, and current factories will be transformed into infrastructure buildings.
The bridge will be a continuation of the bigger roundabout, crossing the river and leading to apartments. The farmland, which will be replaced by the previously mentioned residential area, will be moved to the right side of the latter. Currently, on the right side of the biggest circle path, there is a street surrounded by factories; however, in the future, there will be a playground and school with a few remaining houses.
Below the main roundabout, there will be a smaller one, which will link three ways as well. Beside the latter, shops and a medical centre are planned to be built. Alternatively, the main roundabout will have a path to the place, which belongs solely to residents and their houses, although some factories are to be deleted then.
