Dubai in the past was quite empty and undeveloped ,with only a few houses located along a main road .That ran from northeast and rows of trees originally lined the outer sides of roads leaving the central roundabout.Only the tower and form of road remained in it is original place ,unchanged

In the present day Dubai has been modernized dramatically .First of all,it is noticeable that the population has grown significantly due to high-rise building that replaced the small houses in the noth part ,and there is a numerous number of cars .In the east two multi story building has been transformed into modern buildings ,just like the rest of the new structures .The roadside vegetation has been completely cleared ,while new greenery has been introduced within the central island
