Overall, it is evident that the town will primarily serve residential and industrial purposes, with dwelling and facilities scattering across both the inner and outer area. Furthermore, the road system will be established in accordance with the radial arrangement of the layout.
To begin with the peripheral areas, four main roads will be constructed respectively in the north, west, south, and southeast of the town, with another three auxiliary roads situated in the northwest, northeast, and southwest. Two industrial sites are planned to be symmetrically located on both sides of the road running from north to south and ten housing units surround the outer ring. Finally, in the southern part, there will be a recreational area.
With regard to the downtown area, a circular ring road will be built, encompassing the inner area consisting of six housing quarters and four recreational facilities, three in the south and one in the west. Four main roads will provide direct access to the centralized square where a range of transport facilities are concentrated. These include two parking lots and one bus stop arranged perpendicularly in all corners except the southeast one as well as an additional bus stop adjacent to the entrance of the southeastern road.
