The given map depicts the plan for the new town that is proposed to be developed.

Overall, the new town is expected to plan with the installation of a number of services and facilities. Furthermore, industrial places are located outside lf the new town while the residential areas are allocated throughout that.

Having looked at the pictures for more details, in the central square, two bus stations and two parking places will be built. From the centre, 4 roads are planned to extend the north, south, west and southeast. A ring road is designed to surround the centre with three exists leading to the northwestern, southwestern, and northeastern corners while the southeastern corner is expected to link a separate road extending from the centre area. Within the ring road and beyond the centre square, residential and two recreational zones are proposed.

On the suburban, it is planned to place industrial zones in northwest and southeast concerns while the remaining areas are designated to be used for additional housing
