The figure above illustrates the differences of class map in primary schools in four states in Australia between 2010 and present. Overall, altough the facilities provided are mostly the same, the teachers room and one play area has been removed.

Initially, there were three groups of tables and chairs that placed in the middle of class. However, those are relocated to near the window and between two play areas. In addition, in 2010, the class had one teacher room that currently has been removed.

Furthermore, the play areas reduced from three areas to one area today. On the other hand, the number of shelves are added from one to two shelves that located face-to-face near the window.

While some facilities changes during years, the location and order of white board, art area, adult and child sink remain the same. Moreover, the number of windows provided in the class is still the same.
