The given map compares the changes in area after the building of a hydroelectric power dam in 1980 and 2000.
Overall, the area witnessed a significant changes over two decades the most important change is building of hydroelectric power dam which brought electricity to residents of the area apart from this because of the construction of dam the lake was appeared, it became the reason of fishing became modern and all the green spaces with ancient structures were removed.
To begin with, the income of the area was farming in center of area near with village in east in addition the river go though the center of area, and it had green spaces with rare plants and animal in western part, even though there were an ancient structure there wasn’t a place to stay for tourists, the only thing that wasn’t changed it is that the area was surrounded by mountains.
Nevertheless, in 2000 there are a lot of changes, the main of them is construction of hydroelectric dam that bring electricity to residents of area in order to fully use electricity and build less power lines they referred the village from east to south it’s the little changes that area had because of dam however the biggest change is that the river became lake and fishing become new source of income to area and the reason for that all the green spaces were removed, the last change was hotel that were constructed in that place where was a village and it become more easy for tourists to stay here and get rest form world problems in that area.
To conclude, over a 20 years there were major changes that almost fully changes life of the residents of area the reason is dam that was constructed, the area might lost it’s culture and historical buildings but become more modern and easier to live here.
