By 2012 many of them features had been transformed. The playing fields and the bank were replaced by blocks of flats and the bank to the restaurant, while the trees were removed to construct a technopark. The cafe and park are was redeveloped into a hotel and a golf course. The theatre was replaced by a cinema, and the shops in the southeast corner were converted into a large supermarket. Notably, the houses were replaced by additional apartment blocks. A new restaurant was also built next to the school. While the hospital and library remained unchanged.
