Overall, the town has undergone noticeable development, emphasising in the developing of the town into a more urbanized and modern, downsizing the lush green fields and constructing more residential facilities.
In 1990, the northern part of the town featured a big playing field along with trees for the children towards the northeast side of the high street. By the year 2012, it has been replaced by a block of flats on either side of the high street. Similarly, the row of houses in the eastern part of the town has been replaced by another block of flats, a hotel and golf course has taken over café and park.
The south part of town changed as well, like the theatre is converted into cinemas and supermarkets have taken over the shops owned by the locals. A technopark has been constructed in the place which was once covered by trees. Furthermore, restaurant is added in the place of bank, in the western part of the town.
Though, the town has underwent many changes in 22 years some building have retained their original places like school, hospital and library. Although, hospital area has been expanded along with the changes.
