The map depicts some alterations in Frinton Village from 1990 to 2012. In general, what stands out from the picture is that the town became more attractive with new locations to visit, in comparison with 1990 when it was more rural.
Looking more closely, we can see that in 1990 in the north of the hospital, there were playing fields with trees, but 22 years later they were demolished, and instead of them there were constructed blocks of flats. Moreover, blocks of flats were established in the southeastern part of the town, where in 1990 there used to be housed. In the central area of the village near the High Street, there was a hospital that was rebuilt and became wider throughout the 22 years.
As for the other part of the region, it is noticeable that on the southwestern side, there was an open techno-park. Also, in the south of the hospital, there was a theatre, but 22 years later cinema replaced it. A hotel and Golf Course in the central area of the village were constructed instead of a Café and Park. The library stayed unchanged throughout the given period.
