Looking at the map, there are some noticeable differences in this area, the changes after 22 years of some locations, the appearance of new flats and the expansion of the hospital and the bank.

Next to the school is a bank which was taken over to become a restaurant, which was extended and become larger than the old bank in 2012. Along with that is a hospital next to the street, which was enlarged almost thrice in size. Down to the south there is a library that is still working since 1990 and an area full of trees has become a technopark.
In the northern region, a playing field has become blocks of flats. On the opposite side of the high street, some new flats were constructed and all the houses were replaced by apartments too. On the right side, next to the street there is a coffee shop and park but now transformed into a resthome and golf course. In the south, a theatre in 1990 was take over by a cinema and next to that is a supermarket which used to be shops in Frenton.
