In contrast, the present-day layout reflects significant modernization and urban development, resulting in a marked increase in housing units, now totaling twelve in the northeast. The hotel remains unchanged; however, the area has introduced a restaurant, which is symbolized by an additional icon located to the east. New recreational features include holiday homes and a car park established southwest of these residences. The coastline now showcases three yacht icons, indicating a shift in marine activities, while the former sports facility has been replaced by a block of apartments. Nevertheless, the coffee shop remains intact. The public park and surrounding greenery have undergone substantial alterations, now incorporated as holiday homes, with further leisure amenities including two newly constructed tennis courts and a golf course emerging near the hotel. As a result, previous agricultural land has been transformed, indicating a shift towards a more commercial and recreational landscape.
