The two pictures demonstrate an office building at present and how it will be renovated in the future.
As can be seen from the maps, the building experienced several changes, the most noticeable of which involve the advent of new facilities and amenities at the expense of the green spaces.
Looking at the present building, it is flanked by two grass areas. Employees can go into the office either by an entrance located by the left-hand side grass space or another entrance situated nearby the east grass space. On entering the office, one can immediately see a WCs right opposite the entrance and four adjacent small offices to their right-hand side. At the upper end of the office lies three separate rooms, of which the canteen is flanked by a kitchen and a storeroom.
Turning to the future building, the entrance is planned to relocate to the center of the building. The small former office will be converted into a double size one and be situated on two sides of the entrance. Of the three rooms located at the northern end of the office, only the storeroom remains unchanged after the redevelopment. The kitchen and the canteen was replaced by two additional offices. The two grass areas will also be removed, making rooms for some new conveniences. In the east of the building where the present grass area is, the WCs is predicted to be moved to the top right-hand corner of the building, right next to a new coffee machine. Meanwhile, in the south of the building, there will be a construction of a meeting area as well as an area for placing chairs. The entrance in the west of the building is likely to remain intact, though the outer area will turn into an outdoor seating area and where chairs are also placed.
