Currently, grassy areas are located on both sides of the building, although only the western section is accessible via an entrance from inside. Located on the left of the internal entrance are four identically sized offices and the main entrance in the far corner, while kitchen, canteen, and storeroom are situated on the opposite side. A small WC is positioned in front of the storeroom.
In the future layout, several modifications will be implemented. The storeroom will remain in its original position, while the kitchen and canteen will be transformed into offices. Moreover, the row of offices will be merged into two larger offices, with the main entrance repositioned between them for better accessibility. Externally, the grassy area on the left side will be removed to make space for an outdoor seating zone furnished with chairs. The green space on the right will be replaced by a designated meeting area. Additionally, a coffee machine is planned to be installed near the WCs.
