The two maps illustrate the current layout of a housing estate and the proposed plan for its development.
Overall, the area will be converted from a low-density residential neighbourhood with several large detached houses into an estate with increased housing density. The modernization will include the construction of smaller homes and the addition of new amenities such as a lake, a tennis court, a flower garden, and some parklands.
At present, the estate consists of a limited number of four-bedroom houses arranged along a curved private road that forms a loop connected to the main road, which is located in the north of the plan. The surrounding area is mostly covered with trees and woodlands, and there are no shared facilities available for residents.
Following the redevelopment, the private road is going to be expanded and straightened, creating a direct route between the main road and the central flower garden. The existing large houses are to be replaced by a greater number of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. Moreover, new amenities will be introduced, such as a lake that will lie in the northwestern part of the plan and a tennis court that is being built on the opposite side of the private road. The woodland will be scaled back, remaining only along the northern boundaries, while parklands are planned to be constructed at the southern edge of the plan, as well as next to the aforementioned lake and tennis court.
