The maps illustrate a number of proposed changes that will project to take place in a housing estate over the forecast period.
Overall, the area will undergo substantial transformation, primarily characterized by the introduction of various tourism amenities. These macro-developments will effectively reshape the landscape, with several existing features being replaced or relocated, often at the expense of woodland and the natural around.
Regarding the half of nothern in the estate, significant alterations can be observed during the period shown. In the northwest, the original woodland of 6000 trees will be demolished, making way for the construction of a new lake. Next to this, in the northeast, tennis courts will be erected on the previously vacant land. Furthermore, the woodland in the northern area will be downsized in scale to 250 trees, and a new private road will be constructed to connect this remaining area to the main road.
Turning to the remaining parts of the map, which comprise the southern section, additional developments will occur. In the central region, the former four-bedroom houses will be repurposed to accommodate a flower garden. Surrounding this new area, a cluster of new one, two, and three-bedroom houses will spring up in the space previously occupied by trees and larger houses. In stark contrast to these major modifications, the main road located in the far north will remain completely unchanged throughout the timeframe.
