The given maps illustrate a housing estate at present and a plan for developing it in the future.
Overall, it is readily apparent that the area has gone through many radical changes, making it more residential. Noticeably, the north area will be redeveloped into recreational and natural greenery spaces.
To the north, the housing estate will be redeveloped and introduced several facilities. At present, the area is covered with 6000 trees ranging from the north to the south and several large four-bedroom houses surrounding. This area will be expected to reduce to 250 trees in order to establish new infrastructure, therefore, a lake and a tennis court will be introduced, attracting more locals and residents. In addition, a private road encircling half of the map will be reconstructed to encircle a small part of the woodland, while the main road still remains unchanged.
As regards the south, the woodland will be demolished to make way for a housing area to be built. Large four-bedroom houses will be redeveloped into two-bedroom and three-bedroom houses surrounding a large flower garden. Moreover, the new private road encircles the garden and connects to the main road, allowing the locals and residents access to leisure activities.
