Overall, the area Will undergro extensive residential development, primarily characterized by the introduction of new housing facillities and recreational amenities. These developments will significantly transform the landscape, with much of the existing Woodland Being removed to make way for housing and leisure facilities.
Regarding the Northern part of the housing estate , sustantial changes will occur during the planned redevelopment. The Woodland , which curently contains 6000 trees, will be dramatically reduced to only 250 trees. A new private road will be constructed across this area, connecting the housing estate to the main road. In addition, a lake will be created. In the north-western section, while tennis courts will be built on the opposite side in the north-east. The reamaining trees Will be concentrated around the Northern boundary of the estate.
Turning to the Southern part of the map, further development will take place. Most of the exiteting four-bedroom housse will be demolished and replaced by cluster of one, two, three-bedroom housed. A large flower garden will be introduced in the centre of the residential area, becoming a major recreational feature. Morover, sevral areas of Parkland will be added arounded the estate, particularly in the sounthern and estern features. In Stark contrast to these major modifications, the main road along the Northern boundary will remain completely unchanged throughout the development period.
