The given maps illustrate a housing estate in the present and a plan for its development in the future.

In general, the housing estate will be more modern in the future. Regarding the housing estate now, the area includes a woodland. Moreover, only four-bedroom houses have been constructed, a main road lies in the north and there is a private road. Meanwhile, in the developing plan, the woodland will be narrowed, besides, some recreational areas will be added such as tennis courts, a flower garden and a lake. The private road will also be reconstructed and most noticeably, one to three-bedroom houses will be erected.

In terms of the present housing estate, the woodland includes 6000 trees covering around the area. 14 four-bedroom houses have been built: four of them have situated in the centre while around the private road is the location of the other ten. The main road has been situated to the north of the area.

In the development plan, the woodland will be shrunk to 250 trees. The lake will be located to the north-west of the area, which is opposite to tennis courts. Moreover, the area will include one to three-bedroom houses whose locations are surrounding the flower garden. The private road will be reconstructed and some parklands will also be added, while the main road will remain unchanged.
