The diagrams compare the differences before and after the modifications of the local facilities. Overall, the significant changes between two periods involve the restructure of Newsagent’s, Grocer’s, Baker’s, Butcher’s, Cafe into Shopping Mall and relocations of some other buildings. The benefits of changes allows pedestrians to join the traffic more safety and easily access to many buildings.
From the beginning of the town, several buildings on the top-left of the north were separated apart. To the right of those buildings was the Children’s Centre and across the Oldfield Street to the right was the Bank. Right below the bank and in the middle of the town was the second Bank. To the left of the second Bank was the main structures of the town as Town Hall, Library and Park. Between the northern and southern side of those facilities were the traffic. To the bottom southern side, Apartment blocks were located in the center of two Newton Street and Oldfield Street.
After the renovations, most structures on top of the town was combined inside a shopping mall excepting for Children Centre which is located to the left of the building and the Bank on the top-right corner of the town. The second bank was replaced by a new Cafe Centre. The noticeable changes are the replacement of traffic for pedestrians on top of the middle center.
