The map provided portrays an industrial area within the town of Norbiton, and the plans for the site that are going to take place in the future. Overall, it’s clear that the site will experience a lot of changes in the upcoming years.
The most notable change seems to be how all factories will be removed, and only housing and other supply shops are built. On the North of the site, they plan to build a new road over a river that will lead to housing for future residents connecting to the center of the town. On the East side, once only filled with factories, will now be accompanied with a playground and a school, though this results in some housing having to be erased. The empty center of the town will also have a medical centre and shops, replacing a few factories to provide space for it while removing a factory and building a house. A new road will also be built NorthWest of the town, to build extra housing. On the South side of town, a round road is also planned to be built.
All in all, after comparing the two maps, the town will receive significant changes.
