The maps below show an industrial area in the Norbiton and planned future development of the site.
According to the maps, this industrial town will be reconstructed into a people live in town. All the factories will be moved away and replaced by houses and community equipments.
The road in this area will have a dramatical differences. A bridge will be built across the river to connect the farmland on the north coast of the river. A new round road is designed to be located on the south of the prior one. The road will also expand to the northwest direction.
Buildings are going to be quite different, all the factories disappeared. Instead of the industrial workshops, there are many houses and public service installations. On the southeast of the bigger round road, there will be the location of a medical center. Opposites the round road, some shops will be built. A new school is also included in the plan, its address will be on the ending of a road in the eastern town. At the south bank of the river, a playground is going to be constructed. Houses will mainly stand alongside roads.
The town will have a significant transformation.
