Nowadays, Norbiton industrial area has the majority of grounds for that propose. In contrast, the main future plans will be build housing for people. That means all the industrial grounds are going to disappear.
The industrial area of the town of Norbiton is in the southweast of the main town, the river is in the north of this industrial area, but there is no connection with the farmlands. There are 8 factories buildings across this industrial area with few roads.
There will be important changes in this area with expansion of services , buildings and a road system. For example: build a bridge that communicate the farmland and the city, build some roads to get access around the town. Also will include the creation of a medical center and a school. The environment will be diverse with the creation of a playground, shops and a lot of housing .
These changes are not limited to the industrial area. There are going to be some changes in the farmland : Now in the farmland there are no housings for people , but in the future plans includes the creation of housings
