The given map illustrates the layout of town in Norbiton, along with the predicted development. Overall, it can be clearly see, current Industrial area expected to be transform in to a more of a residential zone.
To begin with, East side of the development in the predicted plan, there will be constructed a housing scheme by replacing the factories. Furthermore, there will be a new roundabout connecting to a previous circle in the center of the town surrounding with a shops and a medical center. Similarly, In the North West side of the traffic circle there will be developed a new housing scheme which is close to the river side. Additionally, In the North side in the property across the river, narrowing the farmland to the right side, there will be constructed a new residential area.
It is interesting to note that, to the East side of the development, between a two housing buildings, there will be a new playground area. Moreover, to the end of the road there will be a new school building. However, only the river remained the same and flowing through West to East.
