The maps give a display of the industrial areas in a Norbiton community and the planned future development of that area.
Generally, Norbiton Town is a poorly developed area for industrial purposes only. The redevelopment seeks to restructure the place into a more habitable environment. Presently, there are no inhabitants in the town. There is farmland to the north of the town, with a river separating the farm from the town itself.
The factories will be demolished for homes to be constructed. Additional roads will be constructed. There will be a school, a playground, a medical facility, and a shopping center. The farmland will be maintained, with a small portion reserved for housing projects. There will also be a river bridge for town access.
For the new project, there will be houses built on both sides of the road to the east of the roundabout. The school will be at the far end of the road. The northern side of that street, however, will have building facilities. The playground would be located north of those building units.
The health center and the shopping avenue will be on the southern side of the roundabout. A road will divide the two facilities, with the shopping center to the west of the town and the medical facility on the opposite end.
