Looking into details, Currently, there is a farmland which is divided by a long river at the north of the town. Not far away from it, there is a two main road which are surrounded by a number of factories.
After the renovation, it is clear that the area will be a suitable place for people to settle down as factories will be constituted into housings. There will be also two new main road which will be connected to river and south west of the town respectively. In southern of the town, there will be a place for shopping and medical center. Schools, playground and housings will be allocated in the eastern part of the town. Furthermore, farmland will be instituted into housing. Thus, it will be moved to the northeast part of the town. A road will be connected to access those area through the river. In Northwest part of the house there will be housing which are closed to the river.
