The two maps compare the current layout of an industrial area in the town Norbiton, and the planned layout of the area with various modifications.
If everything goes as planned, the industrial area will have substantial changes to shift to a more environmentally friendly state, for the comfort of new residents living in the area. This is because it is seen that the factories will be completely replaced with various infrastructures
One drastic change observed is that the houses along the road will replace the factories in the future. Rows of shops and a school will be built to accommodate the residents. The road will be expanded more, to allow residents to go to houses located north and northwest of the layout.
Despite the renovations, a number of infrastructures will also be constructed. For example, a medical center will be placed southeast of the roundabout. Apart from that, at the east, a school is planned to be constructed there. These infrastructures allow residents to access education and healthcare at proximity. Towards north of the newly added road, a bridge will be added to cross the river. The farmland will be positioned east from the original position.
