Overall, there were several significant developments, the most noticeable being the conversion of the southern garden into an additional car parking area, the expansion of the shop, and the replacement of the cottage with a coffee shop.
In 1990, the museum was surrounded by the garden and the main road, the restaurant was situated in the top left corner of the venue, the car park was constructed on the right-hand side, while the entrance and the path were located in the middle of the building. These facilities remained in the same position over time.
There were two exhibition rooms initially built above the entrance; by 2010, these rooms had been merged into only one room. A small section of the exhibition room located on the west side was cleared to make room for the shop expansion. In addition, a cottage in the bottom of the left corner was removed and replaced by a coffee area. On the east-southern corner, one part of the garden was demolished to make way for the expansion of a new car parking.
