The maps provides information about changes that took place in Youngsville, New Zealand, from 1980 to 2005.
Overall, during the 25-year-old period the town has faced urbanization, which resulted in improving infrastructure and building new.
To commence with, one of the most significant changes was expanding of the railway to the north of the town, which also may have influenced opening of the marina next to it. What is more, on the right of the railway’s northern end a stadium was built, which hints at growth of the citizens. Besides the stadium, two skyscrapers in the south indicates the same, with high likelihood of being caused by having founded factories and a warehouse in the middle of the right bank. Furthermore, there have been some minute alterations as well, such as added parking space on the left bank, allowance to swim on boats in the lake and a park across it.
Despite the notable upgrades in Youngsville, the three main community serving structures remained unchanged. Those are a school and an airport at the opposite sides of the right bank, and a hospital on the left to the park.
In conclusion, the urban area has dramatically improved over two decades.
