The pictures illustrate how the school library has changed over the past five years. Overall, the layout of the library has been completely transformed, with private study tables replacing the traditional studying tables, and several new rooms being constructed to create a more professional environment for students.
Five years ago, there were bookshelves in both the north and south sections of the library, while studying tables occupied the center. The library office was located in the bottom right corner, and there was a computer desk at the top. On the left side of the study tables, three rooms were stacked vertically, including a classroom, a meeting room, and a borrowing and returning desk.
Currently, the bookshelves at the top of the library remain unchanged, but the bookshelves in the south and the computer desk have been converted into desks for students’ laptops. The study tables in the center have been expanded to include more private study areas. Additionally, the library office has been demolished to make way for a conference room. The borrowing and returning desk has been divided into two distinct sections, while there have been no changes to the meeting room. Finally, the classroom has been replaced by a recording studio to better meet the demands of the students.
