In general, it is readily apparent that this area will have number of changes, especially in north and east areas by adding various buildings.
One interesting point is that, the entrenece and reception are located by the main road in the northern area, however this will be replaced to three 2- bedrooms and communal gardens. Also, the foctory which located in the east of the industrial area, is planned to be parking area and apartments.
Moreover, the six offices and canteen which situeated in the south of the area in the present day, will be an expansion and constuction of parking garages.
