Outlined in the following maps are the current appearance and future modernizations of the inner part of the Birshire city. Overall, it is obvious that western part of the town will be modified into residential area, where the number of accommodations will be doubled. Additionally, Corbie Road and That street expected to be extended.

To begin with, at present, there is a Griffiths Farm in the North-East corner of the city which is located next to the intersection of Corbie Road and That street. Moving clockwise, another farm, named Hoolahan Farm, can be observed. After crossing the McGoldrick Road, there is a range of shops and residences to the north surrounding the site.

With regard to future adjustments, substantial modifications will be generated in the future. Having been demolished, Griffiths Farm and Hoolahan Farm will be replaced with supermarket and car park respectively. To continue with South territory, public park anticipated to be situated in the same place; however, the novel sports center will be established. Although Farmers market ruined, additional dwelling houses will be constructed in the area of the shops.
