Overall, the future plan for islip town has a significant changes and modifications in infrastrucure layout. Many new infrastures has been introduced for better developement such as, bus stand, car park, and pedastrians.
The current layout of the shops are organized in linear way with the same in oppsite side. But in proposed development plan the shops in north side is to be demolished to build new infrastructures like bus station ,shopping center and car parking lot and also the new hosuing planned to build. The south side shops remains in the same location. This makes the city more organized. In future they planned to change the purpose of main road to pedestrain for better access for walking people, and the mainroad is set be layed around the city for future development like a circular path this makes the vehicle to access the town even more easily without any congestion. The size of the park is planned to reduce the size because of new upcoming housing infrastructures.
In conclusion, the islip town is going to see the significant growth in infrastructures and planning of space utilization is great makind it more organized and easy accesible by citizens.The town is planned to become more commercialized and more advanced.
