Then, the shopping street in the north section is going to be transformed into a bus station, a car park, and a new housing area, while keeping some of the land for a shopping centre. After that, the old main road will be change into a pedestrian only area, near the shopping street. Lastly, the section for housing will be expanded and will take over some area from the park to hold more accomodation for locals.
