As shown in the map, the small town called Islip is planning for future development to improve their conditions. We are provided with two images which is Islip now, and planned development.
As we can see from the first map, Islip is a small town that only have a few amount of entertainment which included a small park, a school, 2 shops, and a small amount of housing making it difficult for citizen who wants to move here. The town needs a lot of improvement especially with a small road like shown above, things are going to get difficult especially traffics. It can make a big impact on the life on the local there, so it needs to be improvise.
The new planned map is a lot better. There are more options and accessable which make things easier for the local community that lives there. It included bus station, a big shopping centre, car parking lot, and more spaces for new housing making it easier for people who wants to move here.
In conclusion, the new map is showing how we should improved Islip. It is more advanced and superior compared to the old map. Therefore, I definitely think we should go with the new map.
