The two maps illustrate the changes of East Haven town in 2008 and 2016.

Overall, there has been redevelopment and several transformation experienced by East Heaven town. Most structures of the buildings stayed the same as well as the river and school. However there was some replacement can be found.

In 2008, Woodland occupied roughly 25% of the town area, however half of it has been demolished for the expansion of industrial complex. Residential area can be found on the south, on the corner of north east of the map, and right under arts centre as well as school in 2008, but residential area has been completely removed on the south of the map in 2016. Furthermore, the warehouse has been replaced by car park, as well as Old town in rectangular shaped, transformed into triangular shaped for offices, and art centre was replaced by multi screen cinema. The University has been constructed, taking place between the offices and pond, where the pond used to be a lake.
