Overall, two museum floor plans have a big difference between each other, and after next 2 decades museums mitigate their permament exhibition room to escalte service rooms.
In 1998 museum, we could see 7 different areas that was illustrating here, in the middle of museum we see 3 rooms: garden, tickets exit/entrance and cafe that taking 1/3 of whole museum. In the right and left sides of the ticket exit we have temporary exhibition room, shop, WC and coatroom that also takes and infront of them in the 2 high corners illustrating permament exhibition room.
By contrast, in 2008 museum optimize their areas and only 1/3 of that floor takes permament exhibition room. After 2 decades we could see new rooms like restaurant and fountains that completly change whole arrangement of museum, also size of that rooms are bigger than in 1998.
