The plan demonstrates the maps of a park, which was opened in 1920 and at today’s days.
In 1920, a water fountain stood directly across from the entrance near the glasshouse, which was located at the center of the park. Left side of fountain, there was a stage for musicians surrounded by two rose gardens and four seating areas. Additionally, another rose garden and a seating area was positioned to the right of the fountain, separated by pond for aquatic plants.
Nowadays, the stage has been expanded into big amphitheater for concerts with one rose garden next to it. The other seating areas and a rose garden have been moved to the center of the park, replacing the original fountain. In addition, the glasshouse has been reduced to make space for a new water feature and a underground entrance for cars. Similarly, a cafe and a children’s play area have been built, replacing the original rose garden and pond.
Despite a number of changes, park keep your features such as names of streets, rose garden.
