To the north-west, a school stood beside the main road, with a convention center located nearby. Further east, two swimming pools were positioned along the waterfront, whereas a fishing area occupied the north-eastern corner of the map.
With regard to residential and environmental development, this sector experienced by far the most significant transformation, surpassing the changes made to facilities and infrastructure. The most substantial alteration involved the former industrial area in the south, which was converted into a green space containing numerous trees. A further notable development occurred in the center of the waterfront, where the original small residential area was replaced by a considerably larger cluster of residential buildings, effectively doubling the number of homes.
In terms of community facilities and infrastructure, this sector experienced less dramatic yet still meaningful modifications compared with the extensive residential redevelopment. The most notable change involved the conversion of the former industrial area in the north into a swimming pool. A further development occurred in the western part of the waterfront, where a university building was constructed. In addition, a new harbour was established along the south-eastern coastline, with a footpath extending through the surrounding green area. By contrast, the school and convention center remained unchanged in both size and location. Similarly, the fishing area and the original swimming pool to the east were left intact throughout the period.
