Overall, the area is predicted to undergo significant modernizations, being more urbanized. The biggest changes include the transformation of two car parks which are now located on the top right and left corners of North avenue, and repositions of the council offices and a town hall.
In terms of the present-day map, the center surrounded with two Avenues, North Avenue to the north and Victoria on the south, and two streets, High street on the west and Smith street on the east. Turning to the structures along North Avenue, there are two car parks on the north-eastern and north-western corners with a cinema between them. As for the buildings beside Victoria Avenue, there are more buildings compared to northern side. In detail, while an exhibition space is situated to the south-west of the center with the council offices on its right side, shopping center and library are located to the opposite corner, neighboring with town hall from the left side.
According to the future plans, the area is expected to witness numerous transformations. Looking at the northern side of the area, although the overall layout of the part is predicted to remain unchanged, the function of two buildings will be completely changed. While the car park on the north-west is planned to transform into a café, a structure for hotel & restaurant will have occupy the place of the second car park. Regarding the southern part of the town center, the exhibition to the south-west will be relocated to the south-eastern corner, which is previous location of a library. And the council offices are expected to occupy the north-west corner, while underground library will be built on the previous site of council offices. Finally, the town hall will be relocated further north, while the shopping center and the cinema is predicted to remain unchanged.
