The two plans illustrate the changes that will take place between North Avenue and Victoria Avenue. Overall, the avenues will undergo significant changes, making North avenue more business oriented, while some facilities on Victoria avenue will be underground.

One of the significant changes on the North avenue will be demolition of existing car parks. The car park along High street will be replaced with a cafe and another car park will be replaced with the hotel and restaurant. The only facility that will remain unchanged is the cinema between the two car parks.

The exhibition will give way to council offices and will be located near the shopping centre replacing the library. In the future plan, the library is planned to be underground on the site of the current council offices. The town hall will be moved to Smith street, allowing to build an underground car park for the visitors on the previous area.
